YOGA CLASS STYLES

We offer two styles of Yoga at Tonic. Vinyasa Flow and Yin. No yoga experience is necessary.

Dynamic Vinyasa – A 60-minute Vinyasa-style flow that combines traditional yoga postures with practical movement that builds personal strength and flexibility. 

Yin Yoga – A slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Yin targets the deep connective tissues or fascia of our body. It improves energy flow and has wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.
