Please carefully read the following terms and conditions of training with Tonic Personal Training. If you have any questions, please ask your trainer before agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If any session is cancelled within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment, the full fee for the session will be charged. If you need to cancel a session, please give as much notice as possible. Should you need to cancel your session after opening hours (9 pm-5 am), please SMS 0407 302 306 or email [email protected].

Session Duration

In consideration of other clients, please note that each session must begin and end at the appointed times. A late start time does not entitle a client to an extension of a session past the scheduled ending time.

Health and Safety Policy

Clients are required to inform their trainer of any health issues or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in training sessions. It is essential to follow the trainer’s instructions and guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure a safe training environment.
