The coaching process begins with a detailed consultation to discuss your goals, limitations, strengths and specific event-related requirements. Your program is then constructed based on your goal and our methodology. You are guided every step of the way, making adjustments if needed; we like to work with a clear vision – vague plan approach.
We have a network of expert allied health professionals, including Dieticians, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Massage Therapists, that we work with to give you the complete service.
Our coaches are specialists in the field; we’ve been out there on the training track, we’ve run the miles, and we’ve run the races. We know what it takes to achieve success, and we’re committed to ensuring you realise your goal.
We use Training Peaks software that enables you to log in to your program, add/update workouts and monitor your progress from anywhere in the world. It’s also a great training tool that helps us manage your program on a session-by-session basis enabling us to manage, assess and adjust your program if needed accurately.
