Sport and Athletic Development

Our classes and workshops are short intensive sessions that focus on specific areas of fitness, health and wellness. Classes include run technique for beginners, mindfulness, yoga and stretch sessions.

Specialised Sessions

Classes are a great way to get involved in exercise with like-minded people. They provide a great opportunity to share ideas, learn from each other and stay motivated.

We currently don’t have any workshops or classes scheduled. We are planning to launch new yoga and meditation sessions in early 2022.
