Shardae trained as a yoga teacher at Kaivalyadharma in Lonavala, India. The traditional foundations of yoga are integral to Shardae’s teachings.
Yoga has been a valuable part of Shardae’s life, supporting her professional ballet career and her mental health.
Conscious movement and breath practice were key in Shardae’s interpersonal growth, and from this came a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
Shardae teaches vinyasa and yin and loves to teach traditional techniques, including Pranayama and yoga nidra. Her classes create a safe, supportive and judgement-free space, allowing people to delve into their body and mind and tune into their finer inner workings of self.
